School marketing matters!

It’s never been more important to get your school’s story out. Lower birth rates mean more places to fill. Parents have a wider range of choices. And attracting teachers is getting harder too. Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATS) now need to actively market their offer, but busy staff often lack the skills and confidence, so marketing isn’t effective, or simply doesn’t get done.

Help is at hand. Our marketing and social media training courses for schools will help you to get your unique message out in a way that gets results. Specifically designed for administrative staff with no marketing experience or newer marketers looking for a refresher, we share our expertise from over 40 years of school marketing in our training sessions, teaching proven strategies that work whether you’re primary, secondary, independent school or multi-academy trust.

You know your school best. Our school marketing training will help you to tell your story so that you can help more children achieve their potential.

We were delighted with the results of our Christmas Diagnostics campaign. Ambleglow really understood what we wanted to achieve and came up with some great ideas and content that brought it to life.
They are always collaborative, easy to work with and just get what we’re trying to convey, which makes them a real extension of the team.

Who is the school marketing training for?

Our marketing and social media training for schools is specifically designed for non-marketers, or those with limited experience. It doesn’t matter what role you’re in, if you want to build your skills and get marketing results fast, this is for you. This training is ideal for:

  • Anyone new to school marketing who needs help starting from scratch.
  • School staff with some marketing experience who want to broaden their approach.
  • Schools who have been cautious of social media but know they need to take it seriously.
  • MATs or schools’ groups who want to upskill a number of staff and ensure a consistent approach.
  • Leaders or governors who want a grounding in marketing to plan effectively and guide other staff.
  • Admissions staff who are looking to take on marketing responsibilities.

Small investment, big results.

We keep the price affordable, as we recognise the pressure on education budgets. The training costs £375 + VAT for a session, or you can book both marketing and social media training sessions for £600 + VAT (£150 saving). Further discounts are available for group bookings. We can also develop bespoke training for your school, which will be quoted depending on your needs.

So, why wait? The most forward-thinking schools are already marketing themselves and succeeding. Join them and tell your school’s story as only you can.
