The Haberdashers’ Aske’s Elstree Schools Group wanted to streamline their external recruitment advertising process.
Traditionally the Girls’ school worked with one provider and had a TES subscription, whereas the Boys’ school were buying each time they had a need.
We brought both stakeholders together to discuss their aims and objectives and suggested a TES subscription as a solution that would save them money and further promote the schools as an employer of choice. To complement this move, we also created a new recruitment brand to create a cohesive look and feel for both schools.
Not only did this strategy save them a huge amount of money overall, but we save the HR team valuable time by taking care of all the elements of their subscription including artwork design, copy advice and booking requests via the portal.
