Recruitment Marketing

As a new role opened up for a Deputy Headteacher, we were asked to create the best possible experience for candidates.

St John’s School in Leatherhead were recruiting for a key leadership position in a fiercely competitive market. This successful Surrey-based independent school asked us to help refine the recruitment process to attract the best candidates.

We created application forms that reflected the values and aspirations of their school. We also took an online approach that reached out to both passive and active audiences. Alongside this advertising strategy, we created a condidate information pack that they sent to all prospective candidates reinforcing the reasons to choose St John’s School for the next step in their career.
