The Schools wanted to streamline their external recruitment advertising process.
Traditionally, the Girls’ school worked with a single provider using a TES subscription, whereas the Boys’ school bought advertising on an as needed basis.
We worked alongside the HR Department to discuss their aims and objectives, and to implement a more cost-effective recruitment advertising strategy. We suggested a TES subscription as a solution which would promote the Schools as an employer of choice. To complement this move, we created a new recruitment brand which brought a more creative a cohesive look and feel to both schools.
Not only did this strategy prove to be much more cost effective, we helped the HR Team to be more efficient by taking care of all the elements of their subscription including artwork design, copy, advice and booking requests via the portal.
