Each year, Kia Motors UK work with us for their intern attraction, and this year they were keen to do something a bit different. With 7 intern opportunities to fill for 2018, they wanted a digital strategy that would reach their target audience and give their campaign enough exposure to deliver a sufficient amount of quality applications, whilst creating a hub of information for candidates to find out all they needed to know about Kia.
Ambleglow created a microsite acting as the central hub for the campaign, where candidates were able to view details of the opportunities available including testimonials and photos from the current interns, because there is no better way of giving insight to what the Kia experience is really like, than it coming straight from the horses mouth!
To drive candidates to the microsite, targeted advertising was placed on RateMyPlacement.co.uk and on 20 student careers sites of the UK's leading universities. Applications were made via the microsite that was linked to Kia's ATS, and for added user engagement, links to all of Kia's social media channels were hosted on the microsite too for easy access.
