JOHN LAING INTEGRATED SERVICES
John Laing Integrated Services engaged us to create a suite of internal communications for both new and existing employees. Due to the number of front-line staff that had no regular access to a PC, printed booklets and an A4 ring binder was the collateral of choice. These booklets covered all aspects of employment including policies, health and safety, benefits and learning and development. Key to the success of the materials was to ensure that everything was written in plain English, so the policies were copywritten to ensure they were easy to understand for all.
To complement the booklets, we also created two additional helpful guides solely focused on managers; A Successful Guide to Recruitment and A Successful Guide to Interviewing. Both guides were used to help managers with the recruitment and interviewing process - ensuring that they were all recruiting using the same blueprint and in line with John Laing's recruitment policies. The booklets were very well received by both staff and management alike and we have since gone on to create more internal comms using this brand.
