How can I contact you?
You can contact Ambleglow in a number of ways – either by telephone or email, or by using the instant chat feature or contact form on our website. If you’re after a more detailed discussion, then we suggest you book one of our free, 30 minute Discovery Calls here.
How long do you take to come back to me, if I fill out a contact form?
We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, but usually sooner.
I’m interested in finding out more about how I could work with Ambleglow. How do I get started?
Potential clients tend to book a free, 30 minute Discovery Call at a time to suit you – you can book this here. On this call we will listen to your challenges, your goals and discuss how Ambleglow could work with you to achieve this. Post call, we’ll provide you with a short report that recaps our discussion, how we think we can help and schedule a further call or meet in person to go through our recommendations. There’s no charge or further commitment on your part.
Working With Us
How often will you meet with us to review progress?
This depends on how involved you and your team wish to be, but as a general rule we like to visit clients either quarterly or bi-annually. Face time with you is really important to us and helps us better understand your aims and objectives.
Will I have one main point of contact with your agency?
Absolutely. We believe that your contact should be able to help you, regardless of the request – this is one of the cornerstones of our service. We want to create a partnership approach and that only comes with getting to know you. All clients also have a second contact in case of leave/absence. Your contact at Ambleglow will be assigned to you when you start working with us and they do always like to pop in and say hello in person if you have half an hour to spare.
I’d like to speak to one of your existing clients before working with you. Is that possible?
No problem. We have a number of clients who are very happy to share their experiences of working with Ambleglow and can give you an independent viewpoint.
If I start working with Ambleglow, can I pass any new media enquiries I get to you?
Of course. We know from experience that our clients get bombarded with media requests and it’s time consuming to sift through them. You just need to pass them our details and we will do the rest. If we think there’s a particular media that you should consider, we will advise you.
If we have a Charity Number, will we have to pay VAT?
If you are a registered charity, VAT will not be added to any invoices you receive from us.
Do I have to sign any contracts or agree a minimum term when I start working with you?
Not unless you want one! We feel we’re only as good as our last piece of work, so it’s up to us to ensure that we provide you with a service that you value and that keeps you coming back.
Do you offer a Service Level Agreement?
Levels of service are tailored to individual clients’ needs, but we can certainly put one in place for you once we understand how you like to work, what’s important to you and how you measure success.
What are your business terms?
Our standard business terms are 30 days.

Do you offer work experience?
We do offer limited work experience slots each year to students that are local to Maidenhead and can demonstrate that they have a real interest in marketing or design. If you’d like to be considered, please send your CV and covering letter to email@example.com
What geographical areas do you cover?
We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire but have clients across the UK. With technologies such as Skype and Zoom video conferencing, we are just as at home working with you virtually if this is something you’d like to consider.
I am visiting your offices, where can I park?
We have no on-site parking but depending on the length of your visit you can park at Grove Road (short stay), Hines Meadow (long stay) or Nicholsons (long stay).
