Candidate attraction campaign
Curo are social housing specialists based in Bath, operating over 12,000 homes and employing over 400 staff. They had 16 key positions to fill and these roles were central to the delivery of some of Curo's biggest strategic priorities over the next few years. It was a high profile exercise and a significant investment in specialist talent.
We designed a bespoke microsite: assetandconstruction.co.uk
with a supporting media strategy. The site was designed to enable candidates to learn about an open day, meet the teams, find out more about Curo and apply for the jobs. The site was then promoted with an online media campaign, across trade and local media channels.
Not only did the campaign raise Curo's profile significantly, but during the month, 1,444 candidates visited the microsite, 92 people attended the open day and Curo received 290 applications. They successfully filled all 16 roles.
