Meet the team
Client Services Director
Serving on the Senior Executive Team, Sally oversees the strategic direction of Ambleglow. Graduating from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BA (Hons) in Media Arts, Sally joined as an Account Executive in 2007 and has risen through the business gaining first-hand experience in all areas. Past experience includes running major accounts such as Channel 4, SAGA, and Viacom International Media Networks. She’s also a Co-opted Governor for Warfield Primary School, giving her a unique insight into the challenges faced within education.
Financial and Administration Director
Helena is Financial and Administration Director at Ambleglow. She brought her previous board-level experience to the company and now oversees our financial health. Over the years, her role has evolved to combine operational and strategic duties, managing the accounts and financial forecasting, and maintaining a profitable business that rewards everyone at Ambleglow for the hard work and results they deliver to our clients.
Senior Account Manager
Nicola has a BA (Hons) Media with Creative Writing and Video Production and is CIM qualified. With over 12 years of experience in recruitment and marketing within education, her full-service background is an asset to Ambleglow where she helps with campaign planning and project management, working with a variety of clients on multi-channel campaigns. In addition to this, Nicola also manages the client services team, making sure that client objectives are reached and regularly exceeded.
Sylvia has over 20 years of experience in the design industry, almost a decade of them spent at Ambleglow. Her past experience includes design and illustration for advertising, retail and exhibitions. A graduate from the London College of Communication, she takes a collaborative approach to the design process and has channeled her creativity into everything from full rebrands, digital marketing, exhibition stands and magazine layout.
After studying at the University of the Creative Arts and completing an internship at global advertising agency BBH, Bryony began her career in design and branding working for agencies, and later in-house. In 2019, she joined the design team at Ambleglow where she is involved in all areas of the creative process. With significant experience in website, UX and app design, Bryony is also perfectly at home when designing for large format print, infographics and online advertising campaigns. Known for being a strategic thinker, Bryony contributes to every step in the creative process.
Patrick has over 12 years of industry experience in recruitment marketing and a strong track record in both public and private sectors. Since joining Ambleglow in 2010, he now oversees advertising and marketing for clients and is responsible for the training and onboarding of new team members. His interest in technology provides him with an understanding of latest best practice and makes him a go-to person for any tech-related questions.
Mo’s experience spans education, commercial and charity sectors. He has been with Ambleglow for six years and comes from a background in advertising, having held past positions at Penna in London and Barkers Advertising Agency in Berkshire. In his role as Account Executive, he is involved with marketing, planning, media research and maintaining client relationships. He also helps to manage our social media account and is turning this talent towards helping with client-facing social campaigns.
Michelle is an Account Executive at Ambleglow, looking after clients in the schools, local authority and charity sectors. With a BA in Creative Writing and History from The University of Winchester and two years of industry experience, she’s well placed to offer media advice on recruitment marketing and social media advertising within education. Michelle approaches challenges with creativity and positivity, leading to excellent results and satisfied clients that both understand and appreciate the process, and trust her with their ongoing campaigns.
Kelly joined Ambleglow as an Account Executive. She works with schools and local authorities to advise them on their recruitment advertising. This role also involves using her experience and media relationships to place adverts and produce creative artwork for client campaigns. Along with excellent communication skills, Kelly takes a holistic approach to recruitment that has resulted in an impressive track record in landing talented candidates for our clients.
Zobia recently joined Ambleglow after graduating with a BA in English Literature. She has an interest in education and a wide range of emerging skills, allowing her to excel in her role as Team Assistant. Her tasks include customer service and office management through to helping run Facebook campaigns and prepare artwork using Adobe InDesign. This broad exposure to various parts of the business has made Zobia a valued member of the team.
Bex graduated with a BSc in Psychology and started with Ambleglow in 2019. Her interest and enthusiasm for marketing have already led her to leave a positive mark on multiple areas of the business. Tasked with supporting the team, she helps out with everything from customer service through to planning recruitment marketing campaigns. Soaking up marketing knowledge, she’s already an integral part of the team.
As our Marketing Executive, Lauren is our chief cheerleader and guardian of the Ambleglow brand. She’s in charge of creating compelling marketing campaigns, as well as building our community of education marketing and recruitment professionals through offering engaging content. With a background in real estate marketing, Lauren has a real passion and enthusiasm for all elements of marketing, especially social media. Having started with us in October 2019, she’s also the newest member of Team Ambleglow!
Leanne is responsible for new business at Ambleglow and brings over a decade of experience to this role. When she’s not making connections on social media, she can be found working the room at networking events. Her skills include lead generation, business development and client communication. With a BSc in Psychology, Leanne is well versed in effective communications. She is known for taking a consultative approach, understanding the bigger challenge and suggesting just the right solution.
Sonia provides administrative support to our finance director. She brings ten years of experience in financial reporting and accounting including the management of credit accounts in the motor industry, resulting in a broad knowledge of running customer and supplier accounts.
