The brief from Viacom was to create one seamless recruitment site under their main Viacom International Media Networks brand, but also include separate entry points for the sub brands of MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and Channel 5, depending on their area of interest.
Each brand’s area needed to reflect their unique look, but remain cohesive with the wider umbrella brand. The look and feel of the site was to be ‘magazine’ like; lively and dynamic, with lots of engaging and current content via social media feeds and blogs.
The site has been seamlessly integrated with their iCIMS applicant tracking system and has also been built to work across multiple devices including desktop, tablet and mobile.
