Geodis were launching their first ever graduate training programme and asked us to create a dedicated microsite to both promote the programme and provide a one-stop shop for all of the information that a prospective candidate would need to apply.
but it was essential that the transition from the company website to the graduate site was seamless in its look and feel, and that the graduate site contained enough information about the company as a whole, without being too over-facing.
For the launch of the site, we included colleague profiles so that potential graduates could get a flavour of the different and varied roles that they would be shadowing during the course of the programme – a ‘day in the life of’ each department. With the first successful programme completed, we updated the site with case studies of two successful graduates, detailing their experiences and hopes for the future.
As the Geodis Graduate programme continues to evolve, the site has the capability to grow and adapt with it.
